By submitting your payment details to Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd you are giving us the authority to charge your credit card or nominated account, the invoiced amount. Your order will be processed once you have clicked the “submit button” in the check out area on our site. If payment is not received within 10 business days then Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd has the right to cancel your order.
If you place an order on the weekend it will not be processed until the next business day. Save Easy’s trading hours are 24/7 (you can purchase online anytime!)and office hours Monday to Friday 9.00am till 5.00pm excluding any QLD or national public holidays.

Shipping and Handling
Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd employs a modern highly automated shipping process. We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders over $60 Australia Wide. For all orders under $60, a shipping fee of $8.95 applies. Delivery times can differ to what state and location you live in. Please note the estimated shipping times below. We guarantee that your order will dispatched from our warehouse the following business day so you recieve your parcel faster. Business Days are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. Should you place an order on a Friday, guaranteed dispatch by the following Monday. Conditions Apply. Payment must be recieved before shipping. Goods Damaged in Transit
Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd has shipping insurance on all items. We use the highly professional Direct Freight Express for larger packages and Australia Posts E Parcel service for smaller packages, however sometimes the unexpected can happen and a product can be damaged in transit. It is very important that if you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping to notify Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd within 48hrs of receiving. If Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd is not notified within the 48hrs after you have received your goods, the goods will not be covered under “Transit Insurance” and you will be liable for any associated costs. For goods damaged in transit please contact us
Disposure of Goods
From time to time you may be instructed by a Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd customer service representative to dispose of a faulty product or a product damaged in transit instead of returning it to us. You must wait for instructions from Save Easy before disposing of any product that has a fault or is damaged. When a refund, credit, or exchange is given the product in question then becomes the property of Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd. If you dispose of this product without the authorization from Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd you will be liable for any associated costs.
Unable To Fulfill An Order
If for some unforeseen circumstance we are not able to complete an order, and you are not notified during the sale process, a customer service representative will contact you within 2 business days and will advise you of the ETA of the goods you have ordered. The goods will be shipped to you at the earliest possible time. If this option is unsuitable then please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund for any delayed order.

At Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd we believe it is important to provide you with peace of mind when shopping with us. So we offer a "No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee!"
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, or suddenly realize that you don’t want the product anymore (as we all do sometimes!) Don’t worry, just contact us within 14 days of purchase and advise us of your wish to return the product (s). A customer service representative will then promptly reply with the appropriate information about returning the goods and we will get you your money back ASAP!
For all money back guarantees to be approved the product must be in new condition with all internal and external labels and tags attached. Failure to have the product in its “Original Condition” will result in “Other” forms of credit/return procedures being offered. To receive your money back guarantee you must contact Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd within 14 days of purchase. On all money back guarantee returns the customer must cover the cost to return the goods to our Dispatch Centre. The customer must also cover the cost of the return carton/envelope for the product (unless the original packing is in ok condition and can be recycled for the return journey) Please advise Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd if you require new packing for the return journey and we can send any packing needed to you, and advise you of the charge.

Refund/Returns Policy
If you receive your product and it is faulty, differently described to what was invoiced, or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do, please contact us to arrange a replacement, store credit or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. What option of return will be completely up to you, unless for some reason we cannot offer a replacement item because of “out of stocks” A customer service team member will issue you with a Return Goods Number (RGN) and label to affix to the return packing carton or envelope. Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd will supply the return carton/envelope free of charge on faulty merchandise or goods damaged in transit claims only. For all returns you must have “Proof of Purchase”
What Happens if 30 days has Passed?
At Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd we want to accommodate all your needs and be as friendly and as helpful as possible. Please don't hesitate to contact us with your problem. After 30 days issues will be looked at on a "case by case" basis.
What if I want to Cancel my Order?
If your order has been processed and you wish to cancel, you will need to cover the costs of delivering the items back to the Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd distribution centre. This charge may vary.
