Save Easy Australia Pty Ltd does its utmost to ensure when packing your items we pack with the best material and in the best way to avoid any damages or breakages. However, this may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a product does arrive damaged, please contact us within 48hrs to make us aware of the problem. In your email please advise us of the fault and your invoice number for the item (s). Please don’t worry as we will work out a speedy and suitable solution for your replacement product.

No problem, most of our items are shipped through Australia Posts Corporate Division “E Parcel”. This means if you are not at home at the time of delivery you will be left a slip in your letter box or in your front door to say that a delivery was attempted and the location of where your order can be picked up from. This will usually be your local post office.
